Linwood Boykin, Jr.

Birmingham, Alabama: Mr. Linwood Ray Boykin, Jr., age 36, formerly of North Carolina passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham with his mother and his sister by his side.  The family will hold services at a later date. Linwood was born on August 1, 1984 in Wayne County.  He was preceded in death by his father, Linwood Ray Boykin, Sr. and a brother, Ricky Dale Boykin.  Linwood was a cook and spent his time traveling. Surviving include his mother, Barbara Young Woodall and husband, James; son, Jacob William Rayburn; sisters, Ashley Woodall, Michelle Pilkington and Leann Holland; many nieces and nephews.
