Margaret Beasley Stancil

Benson, NC: Mrs. Margaret Beasley Stancil, age 91, of W. Harnett Street passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.  Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson, NC.  Burial will follow in Harnett Devotional Gardens, Dunn, NC.  Officiating will be Rev. Tony Beasley.                  Mrs. Stancil was born in Harnett County on November 8, 1928 to the late Allen and Hattie Young Beasley.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Stancil; daughters, Sandra Stancil, Phyllis White, and Judy Ivey; son, Jerry Stancil; and a grandson, Marcus Parker. Mrs. Stancil retired from South Johnston High School where she worked in food service.   Surviving include her children, Haley Stancil Mitchell and Donnie Stancil and wife, Donna all of Benson; sister, Lois Jackson of Fayetteville, NC; nine grandchildren; eight great- grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.             The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM -10:30 AM, Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson prior to the service and other times at the home.            Arrangements by Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC.
