Benson

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Megan Potts Jennings, who left us peacefully on November 29, 2024 after a courageous battle with Melanoma. Megan spent her final days surrounded by loved ones.

Born on February 12, 1984 in Sussex, NJ, Megan lived a life full of love, kindness, and resilience. She displayed unwavering strength and an infectious positivity that inspired all who knew her. Megan was a warrior who faced every moment with remarkable grace, never losing sight of the love they had for family and friends.

For 20 years, Megan worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), dedicating herself to caring for others and making a difference in the lives of those she served. Her calling as a nurse was a true reflection of her generous heart and unwavering commitment to others, as she touched countless lives with her expertise and empathy. In addition to her professional work, Megan was known for her love of crafting, gardening, and being a baseball mom.

Megan is survived by her husband Collin Jennings, sons Ivan and Nolan, parents Richard and Gail Potts, sister Whitney Potts, in-laws Richard and Rhonda Jennings, Gary and Kris Lanterman, as well as many additional family members and friends. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to those who helped make Megan's final days as filled with love as possible.

At her request, a celebration of life party will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to help support Ivan and Nolan may be made via a GoFundMe page found at https://www.gofundme.com/honoring-megan-support-for-ivan-and-nolan/
