Michael James McGill

Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Michael James McGill, age 57, of Barbour Farm Lane passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023 at UNC Chapel Hill Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.  The family will have a memorial service at a later date.

Mr. McGill was born on February 1, 1966 in Albany, New York to the late Joseph Elmer McGill and Patricia Brady McGill.  Mr. McGill worked in security as well as serving in the Navy Reserves for 6 plus years.  He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Survivors include his wife, Samantha McGill; sons, Erich Jensis and wife, Stephanie, Dylan McGill and wife, Nicole, Colin McGill and wife, Renae; grandchildren, Sahara, Layla, Ethan, Sophia, Charlie, Erich and Aurora; a brother and two sisters; niece, Samantha Sherwood and husband, Michael and their children, Emma and Ava; along with several nieces and nephews.
