Millard Franklin McLamb

Benson, NC: Mr. Millard Franklin McLamb, age 85, of Raleigh Road, passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his loving wife of 66 years and his loving family. The McLamb Family will be holding a private memorial service at a later date.  

Mr. McLamb was born on November 26, 1937 in Johnston County, NC, to the late L. F. and Lula Johnson McLamb.  He was preceded in death by his son, Scotty Wayne McLamb, and a grandson, Scotty Glenn McLamb. Mr. McLamb retired from construction where he was a roofer.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Dorothy H. McLamb; children, Franklin McLamb and wife, Angela, Nathan McLamb and special friend, Rhonda, Wanda Allen, Ronald McLamb, Kathleen Tyndall, Michael McLamb and wife, Barbara, and Travis McLamb; grandchildren, Jason McLamb, Jennifer Lockwood and husband, Frankie, Ashley Allen and wife, Anna, Crystal Pate and husband, Kevin, Brandon Allen and wife, Mary Catherine, Travis Mullen and wife, Rayne, Dee Dee McLamb and husband, Thomas, Noah McLamb, Jonathan McLamb and Madison McLamb; seventeen great-grandchildren, sister, Elgie McLamb Raynor; many nieces and nephews.
