Mollie Spencer

Coats, NC:  Mrs. Mollie Byrd Spencer, age 85, slipped peacefully home to be with her Lord Jesus at 7:15 PM on Thursday, August 22, 2019. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM, Monday, August 26, 2019 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Coats.  Revs. Mark Fields and Randy Beasley will officiate.  Burial will follow in Coats City Cemetery.             Mrs. Spencer was born September 19, 1933 in Harnett County, NC to the late Oscar and Thelma Beasley Byrd. She was also preceded in death by her son, Ricky Jernigan. Mrs. Spencer was a homemaker and member of Benson Pentecostal Holiness Church, Benson, NC.             She leaves behind her husband, Rev. Russell L. Spencer; daughter, Donna Mclamb and husband, David; four grandchildren, Jennifer McLamb Clemmo and husband, Scott; Justin McLamb and wife, Ashley; Rickey Leon Jernigan; and Kimberly Dawn Leads; twelve great-grandchildren; sister, Beulah Hungerford of Texas.             The family will receive friends 1:00 PM-1:45 PM Monday, August 26, 2019 prior to the service at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Coats, NC.             In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Liberty Hospice of Dunn, NC.             Arrangements by Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Coats.
