Nelson Holder

Benson – Mr. Nelson L. Holder, age 77, died Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at Litchford Falls Healthcare in Raleigh. A private graveside service was held Thursday, January 19, 2012, at Stone’s Creek Church Cemetery.             Mr. Holder was born in Harnett County on October 30, 1934 to the late Bennie Lee and Malissa Lee Holder. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Coats Holder, son, Ronnie Lee Holder; and grandson, David Benjamin Holder.  Mr. Holder was a retired engineer with the NC Department of Transportation. Surviving is a Special Niece, Annette Wetherington of Benson.
