Nina Ruth Gray

Fuquay-Varina, NC: Mrs. Nina Ruth Creech Gray, age 97, formerly of the Elevation Community passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Windsor Point Assisted Living in Fuquay-Varina. Graveside Services will be 11:00AM Monday, April 25, 2022 at the Roselawn Cemetery Community Mausoleum in Benson.  The family will receive friends from 9:30AM to 10:30Am on Monday prior to the graveside service at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson.

Mrs. Gray was born on August 17, 1924 in Johnston County, NC to the late Eugene Albert and Lizzie Langdon Creech. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Gray; brothers, Edward Creech, James E. Creech, E. A. Creech, Jr., Robert Owen Creech, and Charles Creech.  She was a graduate of Four Oaks High School. Mrs. Gray retired as an office secretary and was a former member of Elevation United Methodist Church.

Surviving includes her sister, Lucille “Maggie” Creech Davis and husband, George of Fuquay-Varina; god-daughter, Jonnie Ruth Stockwell and husband, David of Georgia; god-son, Albert Lee Davis and wife, Heather of California; and several other nieces and nephews.

          Flowers are welcome; however, memorials may be made to Transitions Lifecare, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
