McGee’s Crossroads, NC: Mrs. Norma Grey Sauls Parsons, age 81, of 13975 NC Hwy 210 died Friday May 3, 2013 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Monday at Providence Presbyterian Church, Angier. Officiating will be Rev. Jim Davis. Burial will follow in the Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Angier.
Mrs. Parsons was born April 22, 1932 in Johnston County to the late S. S. and Mary Iva Stephenson Sauls. She was preceded in death by her sister, June S. Grimes. Mrs. Parsons was a farmer, homemaker, and a volunteer for the American Red Cross. She was also a member of Providence Presbyterian Church.
Surviving include, Husband of 62 years, Bernard C. Parsons, of McGee’s Crossroads; Son and Daughter-In-Law, Gary and Judy Parsons of Raleigh; Daughter and Son-In-Law, Annette and Joe Williamson of Apex; Grandchildren and Spouses, Gavin and Melanie Parsons of Raleigh, Cameron and Arielle Parsons of Raleigh, Ashleigh Jo Williamson of Apex; Great-Grandchildren, Garreth Parsons, Ansley Parsons, and Tabitha Parsons; Brother and Sister-In-Law, Sidney E. and Annette Sauls of McGee’s Crossroads; Several Nieces and Nephews; Special Friends, Rick and Margie Taylor of McGee’s Crossroads.
Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Sunday, May 5, 2013.
