Pansy Tarver

Benson, NC: Ms. Pansy Lenelle Blackmon Tarver, age 60, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020.  Funeral Service will be 3:00 PM, Friday, February 7, 2020 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson, NC.  Burial will follow in Harnett Devotional Gardens, Dunn, NC.  Officiating will be Revs. Randy Beasley and Mark Fields.                  Ms. Tarver, born August 6, 1959 was the daughter of  Ernesdeen Wood Blackmon of Coats and the late Atlas Blackmon  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Diana Lee Allen.   Ms. Tarver was a homemaker.   Surviving in addition to her mother include her children,  Atlas Wayne Allen, Tessa “Sylvia” Meyer McKnight, Tara “Ashley” Mildred Meyer-Barre, and Jamie Lynn Slaughter and husband, Terrance; eleven grandchildren; brother, Ben Blackmon and wife, Robbie; niece, Carrie Durbin and nephew, B.J. Blackmon.             The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM-2:45 PM, Friday, February 7, 2020 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson.             Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity.               Arrangements by Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC.
