Paul Parrish

Erwin, NC: Mr. Paul Thomas Parrish, age 91, of Erwin died Thursday, March 14, 2019 at Concord Heath Systems in Concord, NC.  Funeral service will be 3:00-PM Monday, March 18, 2019 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson, NC. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery.  Rev. Billy Nowell will officiate. Mr. Parrish was born June 24, 1927 in Johnston County to the late Thomas and Ava Johnson Parrish.He was preceded in death by his wife 56 years, Thelma Parrish.Mr. Parrish retired after 43 years of service from National Linen Service and was also a US Army Air Corp veteran serving in WWII. Survivors include children; Paula and Tim Rice of Bradenton, Florida;  Pamela and Carter MacFarland of Cornelius, NC; Toni and Robert Hottinger of Swoope, VA; Tammy Parrish and Kay Taylor of Charlottesville, VA.  Kim and Bill Schneider of Columbia, SC; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM Monday, March 18, 2019 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson.
