Randy Cook

Erwin, NC:  Mr. Randy Thomas Cook, age 67, of 2885 Old Stage Road died Wednesday at his residence. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Friday at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Coats.  Rev. Chris Wroten will officiate.  Burial will follow in Erwin Memorial Park in Erwin.Mr. Cook was born October 30, 1950 in Harnett County to the late Bartley and Frances Moore Cook.  He was also preceded in death by a brother, Mike Cook.  Mr. Cook was a law enforcement officer with the Coats Police Department, Johnston County Sheriff's Department, and the Benson Police Department.  He also operated a rollback truck with Citgo.Surviving include wife of 23 years, Judy Barefoot Cook; children & spouses, Connie & Dwight Holland of Elizabethtown, Anthony Edwards of Warsaw, and Tammy & Donnie Lowry of Hope Mills; a daughter and 2 sons; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and sister, Pat C. Godwin and husband, Larry, of Coats.The family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Coats from 1:30PM to 2:45PM Friday prior to the service.Flowers are welcomed;  however, memorials may be made to RHA Howell Care Center, 3738 Howell Day Care Road, LaGrange, NC  28551.Service Information
