Rebecca Ann Bouldin Giles

Benson, NC: Ms. Rebecca Ann Bouldin Giles, age 66, of Church Street passed away at her residence on Thursday, August 17, 2023. Graveside Funeral Services will be held-11:00 AM Monday, August 21, 2023 at Banner Chapel Advent Christian Church Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Scott Johnson.

Ms. Giles was born on June 9, 1957 in Carter County, Oklahoma to the late Richard John and Marcella Bertha Wieser Bouldin. She was preceded in death by her parents. Ms. Giles was a restaurant manager most of her life. She truly had a green thumb being able to grow any kind of plant and flower, she was a good cook, and a devoted pet owner to her dog Wheatie and her cat Suzie. She loved being “Memaw” to her grandsons and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her son, Ryan Neal of Benson; daughter, Meghan Massengill and husband, Justin of Benson; grandsons, Eli and Clayton Massengill; sister, Barbara Ann Harkai of Grand Rapids, MI; brothers, Richard John Bouldin, II of Springfield, MO and Christopher James Bouldin of Oak Island, NC; and several nieces and nephews.  

The family will receive friends immediately following the graveside service and other times at her home.
