Richard Schooler

Smithfield, NC:  Mr. Richard Alan Schooler, age 54, of 5957 Black Creek Rd died Saturday at Johnston Medical Center in Smithfield. Memorial Services will be 11:00AM Thursday at Hopewell Free Will Baptist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Scott Casey.    Mr. Schooler was born February 28, 1958 in Duplin County to Bill and Bruce Miller Schooler.  He was a truck driver for many years and a member of Hopewell Free Will Baptist Church.  Surviving in addition to his parents is Wife, Kim Schooler of Smithfield; Children, Brandi Murray and husband, Tyler of Groton, CT, Shannon Schooler and Crystal Schooler of the home, Bobbie Jo Schooler of Fuquay-Varina, Allen Blanchard of Turkey, NC, Christen Blanchard of Arizona; Three Grandchildren, Patrick Falaro, Zachary Murray, and Elijah Murray of Groton, CT; Sisters, Gilda Schooler of Raleigh and Debra Williams of Virginia; Several Nephews; Mother-In-Law, Jean Chastang of Oriental, NC; Sister-In-Law, Cindy Chastang of Wendell, NC.  Family will receive friends at Hopewell Free Will Baptist Church immediately following the memorial service.
