Robert Creech

Knoxville, TN; Mr. Robert O. Creech age 84, of 401 Gallaher View Road formally of Benson passed away Thursday at his residence. Graveside Funeral Service will be 11:00AM Monday, February 27, 2012 at Roselawn Cemetery.  Officiating will be Rev. Judy Smith. Mr. Creech was born June 2, 1927 in Johnston County to the late Eugene A. & Lizzie M. Langdon Creech.  He was preceded in death by his son, Robert M. Creech and his wife, Mary Rose Greer Creech. Mr. Creech was a shoe maker with Hanover Shoe Company.  He attended Walnut Hill Baptist Church in Knoxville, TN and was also a US Veteran serving in the marine corp. Surviving include Daughter & Son-in-law; Vickie & Edward Kirkland of Knoxville, TN; Granddaughter; Sarah Creech of Richmond, VA, Daughter-in-law; Deborah Creech of McKenney, VA and Sisters, Nina Grey & Lucille Davis both of Fuquay Varina, NC; Several Nieces and Nephews. Family will receive friends from 9:00am until 10:30am Monday, February 27, 2012 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson prior to the graveside service.
