Robert Miller

Benson, NC:  Mr. Robert Wayne Miller, age 71, of 9513 NC HWY 27 East, died on Friday, March 8, 2019 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, NC.  Funeral Service will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson, NC.  Burial will follow in Hodges Chapel Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.     Mr. Miller was born on June 23, 1947 in Harnett County to the late R.C. and Geraldine Wooten Miller.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Tony Miller.  Mr. Miller was a retired police officer with the Raleigh Police Department with 30 years of service and also a US Army Veteran.              Surviving include his wife of 50 years, Brenda Kay Weaver Miller; son and daughter-in-law, Bret and Tamara Miller of Benson; granddaughter, Madison Shea Miller; many nieces and nephews.               The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM - 2:45 PM, prior to the funeral service on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson and other times at the home.         Online condolences may be expressed at www.roseandgraham.com.
