Rodney Stone

Coats, NC: Mr. Rodney Earl Stone, age 43, of Coats passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at his home.  Funeral Service will be held Friday, December 23, 2011, at 3:00PM at the Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Coats.  Officiating will be Rev. Erfie Hayes and Rev. Robert Gilchrist. Interment will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens, Angier, NC  Rodney was born July 26, 1968 in Harnett County to Shirley Allen Stone of Angier and the late William Earl “Bill” Stone. Rodney was the owner and operator of Generation Drywall, INC. of Coats. Surviving, in addition to his mother, include, Wife, Carol Godwin Stone; Sister & Brother-in-law; Sherry & Lee Johnson of Angier; “Brother,” Randy Jackson of Erwin; Niece and Nephew, Julie Bolton and Spouse, Josh, of Broadway, NC; and Dustin Johnson and  Spouse, Jennifer, of Benson;  Great Niece and Nephews, Jackson Bolton, Lyla Grace Johnson and Rodney Lee Johnson; and  Parents-in-law; Mr. & Mrs. George Godwin of Dunn and Mr. & Mrs. Eugene Holubec of Coats. Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Coats Thursday, December 22, 2011 from 6:00PM-9:00PM.  Flowers are welcomed; however memorials may be made to Hospice of Harnett County in memory of William “Bill” Stone, PO Box 373, Erwin, NC 28339.
