Roy Christopher "Chris" Allen

Four Oaks: Mr. Roy Christopher  "Chris" Allen, age 61, of 1810 NC HWY 96 S, died Wednesday, June 19, 2019  at his home.   A Memorial Service will be held 5:00 PM, Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Four Oaks.  Officiating will be Rev. Billy Nowell.               Mr. Allen was born on April 01, 1958 in Johnston County to the late Sylvia Faye Allen Lassiter and Roy Lee Lassiter of Merritt, NC.  In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by a son, Scott Blackmon and his grandparents, George and Olive Allen and Ralph and Mattie Lassiter.  He  was a former receiver at the Food Lion Warehouse in Dunn.  Chris loved Mopar, The Philadelphia Eagles and was a WolfPack Fan.             Surviving in addition to his father include his wife of 27 years, Sandra Baker Allen, sister, Teresa Brady and husband, Donnie of Benson; brothers, Tony Allen and wife, Kim of Angier and Mark Allen and wife, Carol of Four Oaks;  step-mother, Margie Lassiter of Merritt, NC; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Freddie and Joyce Baker of Dunn; and many loving nieces and nephews.              The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks and other times at the home.             "For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.  I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith"                                                                         2 Timothy 4: 6-7             Arrangements by Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC 27524
