Sandra "Sandy" Gregory

Angier, NC: Mrs. Sandra “Sandy” Price Gregory, age 62 of 2812 Carson Gregory Road, formally of Clyde, NC passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at Hospice of Wake County. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 9, 2012, at 11:00AM at the Coats Community Church in Coats.  Officiating will be Dr. Jim Cochran and Rev. Ralph Brown. Burial will follow in Bethel Church Cemetery, Angier, NC. Mrs. Gregory was born September 28, 1949 in St. Mary’s County, Maryland to the late Kenneth Johnson and Alberta Pearl Eary Price. Mrs. Gregory was a retired branch manager with BB&T bank in Maggie Valley, NC. She was preceded in death by Aunt, Deloris Fields, and her mother-law and father-in-law, Carson & Blanche Gregory. Surviving include, Husband, Joe Gregory of Angier; Children, Michelle Godwin and husband, Robert of Angier, NC; and Alex Gregory of Angier; Grandchildren, Ashton Ennis and Gregory Godwin, both of Angier, NC; Uncle, Bob Fields of Elyria, Ohio; and Sister-in-law, Frances Avery and husband, Ronald, of Coats. Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Coats Friday, June 8, 2012, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm and other times at the home of Michelle Godwin, 2730 Carson Gregory Road, Angier, NC 27501. Flowers are welcomed, however memorial maybe made to Bethel Church Cemetery C/O  Frances Avery, Treasurer, 2150 Crawford Road, Coats, NC 27521.
