Shelby Price McLamb

Benson, NC:  Mrs. Shelby Price McLamb, age 80, of 211 Lassie Lane lost her battle with cancer and died peacefully Friday, January 11, 2019  at her home. A Private Graveside Service, where she will be joined with her beloved late husband, Estel Mack McLamb of 64 years, will be held by her children.             Mrs. McLamb was born September 2, 1938 in Johnston County to the late David and Nellie Price.  She met her sweetheart, Mack, in high school and they were married 6/25/1954.  She loved her family, animals, gardening and family beach trips.  She is preceded in death by brothers, Ronnie, Brent and Kent Price.             Shelby is survived by her four children and spouses, Debbie M. and Mark Christiana, Rhonda M. and Eddie Watkins, Tracy M. and Garry McArtan, and Mack and Karen McLamb; four grandchildren and spouses, Jessie and Jacob, Eddie Mack and Whitney, Cody and Sarah, and Jensen and Pete; six great-grandchildren, Mattie, Shelby, Edison, Maia, Finn, and Fox; siblings, Judith Holland and Penny Eilers; nieces and nephews..             The children would like to express gratitude to Johnston Home Care and Hospice for their assistance during this difficult time.             Arrangements by Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson.
