Valton Beasley

Benson, NC: Mr. Valton Beasley, age 80, passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Transitions Hospice House in Raleigh. Graveside Services will be 11:00AM, Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Roselawn Cemetery in Benson. Rev. Leon Tart will officiate.

Mr. Beasley was born in Johnston County on July 17, 1941 to the late Rovalton and Hattie McLamb Beasley Johnson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca “Becky” Smith Beasley, and a sister, Doris Lee Morgan. Mr. Beasley was a farmer.

Surviving include his sisters, Dorarene Bass of Benson, Florine Johnson of Dunn; step-brother, Z.M. Johnson of Pikesville; many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 9:30AM to 10:30AM Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson.
