Vida Cates

Four Oaks, NC; Mrs. Vida Mae Adams Cates age 91, died Wednesday at Liberty Commons Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center in Benson. Graveside Funeral Service will be 11:00AM Friday, March 2, 2012 at Roselawn Cemetery.  Officiating will be Rev. Roy Johnson. Mrs. Cates was born February 18, 1921 in Johnston County to the late Lonnie and Vira Lee Adams.  She was preceded in death by sister, Pearl Adams; brothers, Jasper Adams and Delma Adams.  Mrs. Cates retired from Block Industries. Surviving include Daughter & Son-in-law; Debbie and Bradley Barefoot of Dunn; Grandson, Zane Barefoot of Windermere, Florida; special caregiver, Donna Ellis. Family will receive friends from 9:30am until 10:30am Friday, March 2, 2012 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson prior to the graveside service.
