Viola Parker

Benson, NC: Mrs. Viola McLamb Parker, age 81, died Friday, February 3, 2012, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro. A graveside service will be 2:00PM Monday, February 6, 2012, at McLamb Family Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Billy Keene.             Mrs. Parker was born May 23, 1930 in Johnston County to the late Jim and Zelphia Tart McLamb. She was also preceded in death by her husband, R. M. Parker; and grandson, Raymond G. Parker, Jr. Mrs. Parker was a homemaker.             Surviving include Son, R. Glenn Parker, Sr. of Columbia, KY; Granddaughter, Nora Ann Parker of Campbellsville, KY; great granddaughter, McKenzie Grace Janes.             Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson from 12:30PM to 1:30PM prior to the service Monday.
