Waylon Keith Benson

Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Waylon Keith Benson, age 66, died Friday, January 25, 2019, at his residence. Graveside funeral service will be held 3:00 PM, Sunday, January 27, 2019, at Piney Grove Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.  Rev. Joe Ammons will officiate.    Mr. Benson was born on December 23, 1952 in Johnston County to the late Waylon Lewis and Mavis Parrish Benson. He was preceded in death by his brother, Don Benson. Mr. Benson was a retired auto mechanic and member of Faith Covenant Family Church in Dunn.    Surviving include his daughter, Kimberly Benson of Four Oaks; brothers and sister-in-law Alan and Susan Benson of Four Oaks and Raymond Benson of Four Oaks; sisters and brother-in-law, Charlotte McLamb of Benson, Debra Allen of Dunn, and Laura and Hunter Shirley of Wilmington; several nieces and nephews.              The family will receive friends from 1:45 PM-2:45 PM, Sunday prior to the graveside service at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC and other times at the home of Alan and Susan Benson, 1467 Old School Road, Four Oaks, NC 27524.
