W. Edgar Sorrell

Mr. William Edgar Sorrell, age 71, of 233 Evergreen Lane died Sunday, January 15, 2012, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro. A graveside service will be 3:00PM Wednesday, January 18, 2012, at Harnett Memorial Park in Lillington.  Rev. Billy Cashwell will officiate.             Mr. Sorrell was born September 14, 1940 in Wake County to the late Clyde and Ida Owens Sorrell.  He was an electrician.             Surviving are Daughters & Sons-in-Law, Lisa & Larry Campbell of Benson and Jodie & Johnnie Tyndall of Deep Run; Son, Randy Sorrell of Benson; Grandchildren, Michael Campbell, Kevin Campbell, Chase Sorrell, Kessler Sorrell, Gavin Tyndall, Colby Sorrell, Mary Beth Tyndall, and Johnna Tyndall;  Great Granddaughter, Khloe Campbell; and Several Nieces and Nephews.             Family will receive friends at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson from 1:30PM to 2:30PM Wednesday prior to the service and other times at the home of Lisa & Larry Campbell, 108 Rolling Oaks Lane, Benson.
