William "Mark" Allen

Four Oaks: Mr. William “Mark” Allen, age 59, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at his residence with his loving family by his side. Funeral Service will be held 11:00AM, Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel in Four Oaks, NC.  Rev. Sam Blackman will officiate.  Burial will follow in Oliver’s Grove Baptist Church Cemetery outside Four Oaks, NC.  

Mr. Allen was born on October 5, 1962 in Harnett County. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sylvia Faye Lassiter, brother, Chris Allen, brother-in-law, Donnie Brady and his grandparents, George and Olive Allen and Ralph and Mattie Lassiter.  Mr. Allen was a cabinet maker with Allen and Son’s Cabinet Shop in Four Oaks, NC.  He also served on the Four Oaks Fire Department, retiring with 22 years of service, where he also served as Assistant Chief. Mr. Allen attended Beulah Hill Christian Church outside Four Oaks, NC.  

Surviving include his wife of 18 years, Carol Jones Allen; children, Jessica Stanley and Michael Lee, Jr., and wife, Erin; grandchildren, Adrienne Stanley, Lydia Stanley, Grayson Eason, Maddox Lee and Leona Lee; father, Roy Lee Lassiter and wife, Margie; sister, Teresa Allen Brady, brother, Tony Allen and wife, Kim; sister-in-law, Sandy Allen; mother-in-law, Mavis Batten; step-brother, Carl Hatcher and wife, Robbin; step-sisters, Gayle Polk and husband, Harold, and Susan Fasnacht and husband, Robert; many nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends 6:00PM-8:00PM, Friday, February 4, 2022 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC and other times at the home. 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of NC 401 Harrison Oaks Blvd, Cary, NC 27513.  

  In accordance with NC-COVID -19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing guidelines and the three W's: wait, wash, and wear a face covering. Masks are not required kindly recommended.
