William Stephenson

Coats, NC: Mr. William Holden Stephenson, age 70, passed away Monday, September 16, 2019 at his residence. Memorial Service will be 4:00PM Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Coats. The Stephenson Family will officiate.               Mr. Stephenson was born February 24, 1949 in Maryland to the late Avery Stephenson and Mildred Pope Wheeler. He owned and operated Fisherman's Paradise Bait and Tackle in Dunn for 10 years.             Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Lennie Stephenson of Coats; daughter, Jennifer Barefoot of Benson; grandchildren, Jeffrey Creech, Jr., Brittany Barefoot and Susan Barefoot; great-grandchildren, Justin, Holden, and Isabela; brother, John Wheeler of Jacksonville, FL; several nieces and nephews.             The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service and other times at the home of Lennie Stephenson, 72 Bill Pope Lane, Coats, NC 27501.             In lieu of flowers; memorials may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
